Terms of Service & Delivery

1. Corporate Entity & Scope

Virtual Citizens Foundation ("VCF", "we", "our", or "us") is a for-profit Delaware C-Corporation operating as a private intelligence, due diligence, and asset tracing firm. Despite the use of "Foundation" in our corporate name, VCF is strictly a commercial entity and is not a registered charity, non-governmental organization (NGO), or non-profit under any jurisdiction.

2. Intelligence Services & Limitation of Liability

VCF provides decision-grade intelligence gathered through advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) and lawful proprietary methods. While we apply rigorous verification protocols to all data, our reports are provided "as-is." VCF assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions, investments, or legal actions taken by the client based on our intelligence reports.

Clients acknowledge that intelligence gathering is inherently complex and subject to dynamic variables outside of our control. Our findings represent our professional assessment based on the information lawfully obtainable at the time of the investigation.

3. Delivery Protocols & Payment

Bespoke advisory services, due diligence investigations, and asset tracing operations are executed pursuant to a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery timelines and fee structures are governed exclusively by the SOW. VCF reserves the right to suspend or terminate investigations if payment obligations are not met in accordance with the agreed terms.

4. Client Confidentiality

VCF maintains absolute operational security and client confidentiality. We do not disclose the identity of our clients, the nature of their inquiries, or the targets of their investigations to any third party, except as required by a court of competent jurisdiction or by applicable law. Clients are equally bound by non-disclosure agreements regarding the methods, sources, and proprietary technology utilized by VCF.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of or related to our engagement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
