We do not engage in unauthorized hacking, wiretapping, or any illegal electronic surveillance activities.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
VCF adheres strictly to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and international anti-bribery statutes. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the bribery of public officials or private individuals in the course of our investigations. Our source-led inquiries are conducted ethically and legally, without financial coercion.
Client Vetting
Just as we vet our clients' counterparties, VCF thoroughly vets prospective clients before accepting an engagement. We will decline or terminate any Statement of Work (SOW) if we suspect our intelligence will be used to facilitate illegal activities, human rights abuses, or unauthorized state-sponsored espionage.
