Role Overview
The HUMINT Analyst supports complex international engagements by identifying, developing, and engaging sources across key strategic corridors — understanding motivations and surfacing intelligence that exists in no database, always with absolute discretion and within the bounds of the law.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Fluent English; proficiency in Hebrew, Turkish, Arabic, or Russian highly desirable.
- Deep cultural and operational understanding of the Middle East and Caucasus.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Advantages
- Background in intelligence analysis or elite military intelligence units operating across the Israel–Türkiye–Azerbaijan axis.
- Experience in foreign relations, diplomacy, or cross-cultural engagement.
Role Overview
Operating in complex corporate environments, the Field Intelligence Specialist conducts discreet, source-led inquiry to surface facts that standard research cannot reach. The role assesses corporate integrity, identifies internal fraud risk, and develops human-source intelligence within demanding operational settings.
Requirements
- Advanced interpersonal and elicitation skills; ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Composure under pressure and in high-scrutiny environments.
- Operational Imperative: Deep, proven familiarity with the corporate and financial networks of Istanbul — an intimate understanding of local business culture, structures, and capital flows.
Role Overview
Designing sophisticated engagement strategies to develop sources and surface evidence for high-profile international litigation, arbitration, and white-collar matters. The Lead operates at the highest level of source development and elicitation, obtaining critical intelligence with complete discretion.
Requirements
- Master-level proficiency in elicitation, source development, and human intelligence tradecraft.
- The Ultimatum: Ideal candidates are former intelligence officers or elite field operators ready to leave conventional corporate intelligence firms for a truly decentralized, non-aligned network. Fluency in Hebrew and English required.
